ClickScene (“we”, “us”, or “our”) provides AI-powered thumbnail and title testing for YouTube creators at clickscene.app. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have regarding your information.

By using ClickScene you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.

DATA WE COLLECT

• Account Data

  Your email address, collected when you join the waitlist or create an account.

• YouTube Channel Data

  When you connect your YouTube channel, we access video titles, thumbnails, CTR (click-through rate), impressions, and audience retention data via the YouTube Data API. We request read-only access and never modify your channel.

• Video Performance Data

  Results from your A/B tests — which thumbnail and title variants were shown, click-through rates observed, and which variant you selected as the winner.

• Payment Data

  Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number or full billing details. We may receive a payment confirmation and your billing email from Stripe.

• Usage Data

  Pages visited, features used, and session information, collected automatically to improve the service.

HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

• —Generate thumbnail and title recommendations tailored to your channel
• —Train and improve our CTR prediction models using anonymized, aggregated performance data
• —Operate and improve the ClickScene platform
• —Process your subscription payment through Stripe
• —Send you account-related emails (trial reminders, billing receipts, product updates)
• —Investigate and resolve support issues

We do not sell your personal data to third parties or use it for advertising.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

• Stripe

  Stripe handles all payment processing. Your card data goes directly to Stripe and is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.

• Vercel

  ClickScene is hosted on Vercel's infrastructure. Vercel processes request logs and may store them temporarily in accordance with their data processing terms.

• YouTube Data API

  When you connect your channel, we interact with YouTube's API under read-only OAuth scopes. You may revoke this access at any time through your Google account settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

DATA RETENTION

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription and request deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to keep it longer (e.g., billing records).

YOUR RIGHTS

You have the right to:
